Sports and the beneficial effect on physical condition

Sport has a beneficial effect on the physical condition, but movement also brings a number of benefits for emotional health - it improves the state of mind, reduces stress, increases self-confidence, develops communication skills. That is why sports activities are widely represented in the programs of the Rehabilitation Center.
The mornings begin with combo gymnastics under the expert guidance of our sports animator, the master of sports in rhythmic gymnastics, Sonya Maksimova. After lunch, the warm pool offers great conditions for water aerobics, even in winter. If the weather permits, bicycle tours are organized at least twice a week, in which young and old alike are happy to take part. And the wonderful nature in the surroundings of the center predisposes to daily walks to the Bistrica dam and the chapel "St. John Chrysostom".
